Human Resources Specialist (Volunteer Position)
Location: Remote (Flexible, North America Time Zone preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team at Turina Technologies. In this role, you will support HR operations and contribute to shaping our HR processes. This is a volunteer position designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Develop and execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in employee relations, including performance management and feedback.
• Support HR documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to developing workplace culture initiatives.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
• A genuine passion for HR and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• Availability to start immediately, preferably available in the mornings, and not currently engaged in a full-time job. Candidates meeting these criteria will be prioritized.
