Position Details:
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring efforts. This role requires 15 hours per week, with participation in daily 20-minute team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with ideal candidates across multiple platforms
- Post and track job listings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct soft skills interviews
- Assist in managing recruitment pipelines and candidate follow-ups
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely and attend short daily meetings
- Passion for HR and recruitment.
- Availability to start immediately, preferably available in the mornings, and not currently engaged in a full-time job. Candidates meeting these criteria will be prioritized.
