Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Actively manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor and work to improve customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- French and English are required for effective communication with customers.
- Flexibility to dedicate 5 days a week, 3 hours per day.
- Willingness to start with a commission-based income as a volunteer, with the opportunity to transition into a paid, project-based role in the future.
