The ideal candidate will possess a passion for designing exceptional user experiences, coupled with a background in UX/UI design. The candidate should also exhibit quick learner skills to adapt to new tools and technologies, a design and collaboration platform similar to Figma and FigJam.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and mobile applications.</li><li>Develop user flows, workflow diagrams, and other design documentation to communicate design concepts effectively.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and frameworks.</li><li>Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (main), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools and technologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.</li><li>Experience with designing for web and mobile platforms is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.</li><li>Availability to start immediately, preferably available in the mornings, and not currently engaged in a full-time job.
